    Description

What kind of tape do you use for eyelash extensions? How do you keep the bottom lashes down?

The easiest and most comfortable way to protect the bottom lashes is with under eye pads, but how many times have you found those tiny baby lashes sneaking out from under the eye pad and getting stuck to your extensions? Have you ever had a client who is allergic to the gel on under eye pads, making you dread using a traditional, very sticky tape?

We know this is a nightmare for any Lash Tech, so we sought the perfect gentle and breathable lash tape that will solve your problems!

    What’s Great About It?

    • Gives a bit of extra help keeping under eye pads in place.

    • Can be used to secure bottom lashes or to lift the skin on the eyelid.

    • Breathable and soft to keep your clients comfortable.

    • Non-woven fabric to prevent lash extension glue from getting stuck to the surface.

    • Can be used with any under eye pads, or on its own.

    • Easy to remove without causing discomfort for the client.

    How to use
    1. Cleanse the natural lashes and eye area with Lash Shampoo and Protein Pads.
    2. Place chosen under eye pads over the bottom lashes, around 1 mm away from the waterline.
    3. Cut the tape to the size you need using our Tape Cutter, or cut off small pieces to gently lift the eyelids.
    4. Once the eyes are closed, gently pull the eyelid up and place a piece of tape slightly closer to the waterline over the eyepatch to secure it in place, and prevent any baby lashes from escaping .
    5. Repeat on the other eye.
    6. Pull the eyelids gently upwards to double check all bottom lashes are hidden and make sure your client is comfortable. Using a lash mirror can help with this.
    7. Continue with your pre-treatment by applying Pre-treatment Lash Cleanser, and follow with Lash Primer.
    8. When you finish using the tape, store it in your tape cutter on your trolley, or in a closed box to keep it clean and fresh.
